On August 17th, 2023, Roadtekshoes successfully held a unique group building activity in annual work summary. The purpose of this activity is to motivate employees, review the achievements made in the first half of the year.
Group Building Activity's Flow
On the day of the activity, we carefully prepared a quiet and beautiful seaside hotel. It creates a comfortable working and leisure environment for all the 16 key personnel involved. When the meeting officially started, everyone devoted themselves to the work plan for the second half of the year. Each key person actively demonstrated the achievements of his department in the first half of the year. Through this process, we get to know each other and gain a deep understanding of the work of other departments. That’s because it is very important for further improving teamwork ability. After summing up, the focus of our discussion turned to the challenges and problems encountered. Everyone is encouraged to put forward their own views and opinions and seek solutions. This open communication atmosphere makes the team members establish closer ties and strengthen mutual trust and cooperation.
With the smooth progress of the meeting, the highlight of the day-barbecue dinner is about to open. Every person personally prepared all kinds of delicious ingredients and showed their cooking skills. Participants tasted delicious food in succession, enjoying the happy time of the team in laughter. In order to commemorate this group building activity, we took photos as a souvenir. These photos not only recorded the cohesion of the team, but also became our precious memories.
The whole group building activity ended successfully in a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. Through this activity, we further deepened the exchange and communication among team members and enhanced the cohesion and cooperation spirit. We have also formulated more clear objectives and measures for the work in the second half of the year.
